This page describes how data is handled when searching for documents on PrimeInfo Documents.
Assisted search
Your requests and clarifications, together with relevant public-document excerpts, are sent to OpenRouter to use DeepSeek and Solar Decide. Provide only the document and insurer you are looking for; names, policy numbers and medical details are not needed.
Sessions and retention
No account is required. A random identifier connects messages in a search. The history is stored temporarily on the server, expires after 30 minutes and is automatically deleted. Conversation bodies are not recorded in logs or included in daily backups.
Catalogue and documents
Manual search does not send your query to AI models. PDFs come from a collection of public documents. Their language and collection date are shown; this date does not guarantee the latest version. Official links take you to insurer websites.
